In Season 1 Episode 5, there is a death in Stars Hollow….Cinnamon. Cinnamon is Babette’s much beloved, overly medicated cat. At the wake, we see inside Babette’s home and can start to see the extent of her Franciscan Apple Collection. As Luke and Sookie battle over prime positions on the buffet table, Luke is holding the Apple Oval Platter.

Later, in Episode 14, Rory pet sits for Babette’s new kitten. Rory, AKA Donna Reed, serves Dean the quintessential 50’s housewife meal – pot roast and potatoes (with Ritz Crackers and spray cheese appetizers, of course!). We can see some great shots of Babette’s extensive Franciscan Apple collection. Pieces include dinner plates, salad plates, vegetable bowl, cups, saucers, oatmeal bowls, sugar bowl and more.
