This Easter tablescape was inspired by all of the fabulous floral blooms that are popping up around us.
The wonderful thing about floral patterns (in addition to their cheerful color) is how easily they can be mixed and matched. For this table’s main place settings, we used Mikasa Brywood Dinner Plates, Churchill Briar Rose Salad Plates, Fiesta Rose Cups and Saucers, Dansk Hanna Amethyst (Purple) glasses, Mikasa Fruit Panorama Glasses, and Farberware Colours White Flatware.
To add a fun springtime accent to our Mikasa Antique White deviled egg plate, we topped it with a 222 Fifth Early Bird bowl. Pfaltzgraff’s Garden Trellis made an appearance both with the butter dish and the rectangular tray, which is holding our festive cupcakes. Homer Laughlin’s Old Yellow utility tray is showing it’s utility by serving as a tray for the Churhill Briar Rose salt and pepper shakers.
Additional spring color is added with Lindt-Stymeist Colorways teapot and creamer, while Portmeirion Botanic Garden salad serving utensils and Royal Worcester Astley oil and vinegar cruets bring in even more fantastic florals. Royal Doulton’s World of Beatrix Potter Nursery Rhyme bowl gives the table a bit of playful whimsy. The look is finished off with a 19th Century Brand Handmade Basket filled with Easter eggs and a set of vintage egg cups that we found at a local consignment shop.
